Lorinda Otto completed her qualifications at The Power Plate® Institute of Australia in 2011. Lorinda offers a gentle approach through 3D vibration technology to accelerate musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strengthen core muscles to aid in spinal rehabilitation and, relieve pain from new or old injuries. She prides herself in the results experienced in only a few short sessions twice a week.
